This fund was created in memory of Myles Philip Vercruysse (July 17, 2021 - August 4, 2021) who entered this world three months early and left far too soon.

Myles was born weighing 2 pounds, 4 ounces, but was stronger than most term babies. Our fighter loved to lift his little blonde head and look around, push himself with his little legs out of the sleeping ring in his isolette, and had a champion's grip. Unfortunately, due to his prematurity, his lungs just were not as ready for this world as he was, and he passed peacefully in his parents' arms.

Myles had so much strength and light, we knew he still has so much more to offer this world. It is our mission to do our best in his memory to help all babies meet their "Mylestones."

This fund is intended to support research in the area of neonatal pulmonary and respiratory research and premature births, with the desire to provide support to all babies born too soon on their journeys to achieve their milestones. This fund will have a family centric approach, dedicating its philanthropy to easing strain on families in similar situations.

Please join Myles' family in remembering him, with a gift to this Fund.
